1. Who we are

hipro.fit is operated by Simply Green Salad Sdn. Bhd. (Co. Reg. No. 201601009202 (1180130-W)), Lot 2, 3, 3A & 3A-1, Jalan Wawasan 3, Taman Sri Merdeka, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia. "We", "us" and "our" mean Simply Green Salad Sdn. Bhd. trading as HiPro. "You" means the person using this website or placing an order.

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund policy.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has cleared — at that point we reserve your meals at our kitchen. We may decline or cancel an order before that point, for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable tax. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, and DuitNow QR or bank transfer to our CIMB account for orders arranged that way. Orders paid by DuitNow or transfer that remain unpaid after 24 hours are released, as set out in our Refund policy.

We may change prices, discount codes and promotional offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated where they are published, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

5. Our food

Our meals are fully cooked roasted chicken breast, frozen for storage. Every flavour is certified halal by JAKIM (Cert JAKIM.700-2/3/1 119-04/2021), produced in our certified kitchen.

We work to describe our products, nutrition information and ingredients accurately, and lab-verify our headline nutrition figures. Small natural variation between batches is normal, and product images are illustrative.

Allergens. Ayam Masak Pedas contains fish and shellfish (oyster). All our meals are produced in a kitchen that also handles egg, milk, sesame, soy and wheat (gluten). If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check the ingredient and allergen information on the product packaging before eating, and contact us if you are unsure.

6. Storage after you receive your meals

Once your pack has been delivered to you or collected, keeping it stored correctly is your responsibility. Kept frozen at −18°C, our meals last up to 1 year from the production date — see the expiry date printed on each box. Once thawed, keep refrigerated, eat within 24 hours, and do not refreeze. Reheat as directed on the pack until piping hot throughout.

8. This website

The content of this website — text, images, logos and the HiPro brand — belongs to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or withdraw the site at any time without notice.

9. Our responsibility to you

We take responsibility for supplying food that is safe, correctly described and of satisfactory quality, and for the commitments we make in these policies. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for indirect losses such as lost income or lost time. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
