You need: 1 box Ayam Panggang Cajun · 1 cup cooked rice · a handful of mixed greens · ½ cup sweetcorn · 6 cherry tomatoes · 2 tbsp plain yogurt + lime + pinch of salt

  1. Heat the box — 3 minutes.
  2. Rice in the bowl; greens, corn and tomatoes around it.
  3. Chicken on top.
  4. Stir lime and salt into the yogurt, spoon it over.

Pedas Chicken Wrap

Desk lunch. No stove, no excuses.

You need: 1 box Ayam Masak Pedas · 1 large tortilla · crisp lettuce · ½ cucumber, cut thin · 2 tbsp plain yogurt

  1. Heat the box — 3 minutes.
  2. Warm the tortilla — 20 seconds in a dry pan.
  3. Yogurt, lettuce, cucumber, chicken — in that order.
  4. Roll tight, cut in half.

Italian Herbs Aglio Olio

Dinner that still counts as training food.

You need: 1 box Ayam Panggang Italian Herbs · 80g spaghetti · 2 cloves garlic, sliced · 1 tbsp olive oil · chili flakes · parsley if you have it

  1. Boil the spaghetti; keep half a cup of the water.
  2. Heat the box — 3 minutes.
  3. Brown the garlic and chili in the oil; toss in the pasta with a splash of pasta water.
  4. Fold the chicken through off the heat, so it stays juicy.

Soto-Style Noodle Soup

Rest-day comfort that still carries a whole breast.

You need: 1 box Ayam Rebus · 500ml chicken stock · 1 serving bihun · a handful of bean sprouts · spring onion + fried shallots · lime

  1. Boil the stock; soak the bihun till soft.
  2. Heat the box — 3 minutes.
  3. Bihun and sprouts in the bowl, chicken on top, hot stock over.
  4. Finish with spring onion, shallots and a squeeze of lime.

High-Protein Nasi Goreng

The classic, with real numbers behind it.

You need: 1 box, any flavour (Pedas if you like heat) · 1½ cups day-old rice · 1 egg · 1 clove garlic · 1 tsp kicap manis · 1 tbsp oil

  1. Heat the box — 3 minutes.
  2. Garlic into hot oil; crack in the egg and scramble.
  3. Rice in, kicap manis, fry hard for 2 minutes.
  4. Chicken folded in last, off the heat.

Meal-Prep Salad Box

Build it tonight. Tomorrow's lunch is done.

You need: 1 box Ayam Rebus or Italian Herbs · 2 handfuls of mixed greens · ½ cucumber · 6 cherry tomatoes · ½ cup chickpeas, rinsed · olive oil + lemon + salt in a small jar

  1. Heat the box — 3 minutes — then let it cool fully.
  2. Greens in the container; cucumber, tomatoes and chickpeas on top.
  3. Chicken last. Dressing stays in its jar.
  4. Fridge overnight. Dress it when you eat. Keeps 24 hours.
