Prefer to send your own rider? Here's how (60 seconds)
1. Open the Grab app and tap Express.
2. Set the pickup point: paste our address — HiPro Central Kitchen, Lot 2, 3, 3A & 3A-1, Jalan Wawasan 3, Taman Sri Merdeka, 68000 Ampang, Selangor (use the Copy pickup address button below).
3. Set the drop-off: your address.
4. Choose bike — a pack fits easily.
5. In the notes to driver, type your order number (e.g. #1012) so our counter team hands over the right pack.
6. Book. Done — the rider collects and brings it straight to you.
Lalamove works exactly the same way. You pay the rider fee in the app, directly to them.
How much does delivery cost?
FREE until 14 Aug — launch offer, normally flat RM10 — anywhere in the Klang Valley (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya). Choose delivery at checkout and we book the rider for you. Pickup at our Ampang kitchen is also free, or send your own Grab/Lalamove rider any time during kitchen hours — you pay that rider directly.
Do you deliver?
Yes — and it's FREE across the Klang Valley until 14 Aug (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya; normally flat RM10). Pick delivery at checkout and we handle the rider. Prefer full control? Collect free from our kitchen, or send your own rider whenever it suits you.
How long can I leave my pack reserved?
Forever. Your pack never expires. Pay today, send a rider this week, next week, or next month — we'll hold it.
How soon after paying can I collect?
Right away. Every flavour is always in stock at our kitchen, so your pack is ready the moment payment clears. Send a rider any time during pickup hours (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm). Order on a Friday night? The kitchen reopens Monday 7am.
Is the chicken already cooked?
Yes — every breast is fully roasted and cooked in our kitchen, then frozen to lock in freshness. You're only reheating, never cooking. 3 minutes in the microwave and it's done.
How long does it keep in the freezer?
Up to 1 year frozen at -18°C (a normal home freezer) — see the best-before date printed on each box. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours — don't refreeze.
What if my rider can't find the kitchen?
Send them this address: HiPro Central Kitchen, Lot 2, 3, 3A & 3A-1, Jalan Wawasan 3, Taman Sri Merdeka, 68000 Ampang, Selangor. If they're stuck, WhatsApp us at +60 12-513 3918 — we'll help them find the door.
Can I pick up myself?
Yes. Same address, same hours (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm). Show your order code at the kitchen counter and the team will hand over your pack.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely at checkout. More Malaysian payment options (FPX online banking, e-wallets) are on the way.
How do I reheat?
Pierce the film. From frozen: microwave on high for 3 minutes. Or thaw in the fridge overnight and microwave for 90 seconds.
Is HiPro halal?
Yes. All five flavours are certified halal by JAKIM (Cert JAKIM.700-2/3/1 119-04/2021), produced in our certified kitchen, Simply Green Salad Sdn. Bhd. — the same kitchen as the rest of the Foodplus family. You can verify the certificate on the Halal Malaysia directory.
