Pay online — we reserve your pack at our Ampang kitchen. You arrange your own rider via Grab Express or Lalamove to collect, on your schedule. We don't deliver, but we keep the kitchen open Mon–Fri 7am–5pm and your pack never expires.

Build your pack
Pick 5, 10 or 20 meals. Mix any combination of the five chicken flavours (Pedas, Cajun, Italian Herbs, Rebus, Yakitori). 5-pack at full price; 10-pack saves 5%; 20-pack saves 10%.

Pay for the goods
Online payment only — Visa, Mastercard, FPX, GrabPay, Touch n Go eWallet. No delivery fee. We reserve your pack the moment payment clears.

Book a rider
Open Grab Express or Lalamove yourself and create a delivery from our central kitchen to your address. You book them, you pay them — directly. Pick a time when rates are cheap, or send a rider right away if you're urgent. The kitchen is open Mon–Fri 7am–5pm.

Microwave & eat
3 minutes from freezer to plate. Or thaw overnight in the fridge and microwave 90 seconds. Real food, ready when you are.

Why don't you deliver?

We focus on the food. Couriers are the experts at logistics — and you can usually book a rider for less than we'd charge for delivery, on your schedule.

How long can I leave my pack reserved?

Forever. Your pack never expires. Pay today, send a rider this week, next week, or next month — we'll hold it.

What if my rider can't find the kitchen?

Send them this address: HiPro Central Kitchen, Lot 2, 3, 3A & 3A-1, Jalan Wawasan 3, Taman Sri Merdeka, 68000 Ampang, Selangor. If they're stuck, WhatsApp us at +60 12-XXX XXXX — we'll help them find the door.

Can I pick up myself?

Yes. Same address, same hours (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm). Show your order code at the kitchen counter and the team will hand over your pack.

How do I reheat?

Pierce the film. From frozen: microwave on high for 3 minutes. Or thaw in the fridge overnight and microwave for 90 seconds.

Is HiPro halal?

Yes. Produced in our JAKIM-certified halal kitchen (Cert ref TBD). Same kitchen as Simply Green Salad and the rest of the Foodplus family.
