How much does delivery cost?
FREE until 30 Sep — launch offer, normally flat RM10 — anywhere in the Klang Valley (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya). There is nothing extra to pay: we book the rider and we pay the rider.
Do you deliver?
Yes — every order is delivered, and it's FREE across the Klang Valley until 30 Sep (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya; normally flat RM10). Just add your address at checkout and we handle the rider.
When will my order arrive?
Orders go out during kitchen hours, Mon–Fri 7am–5pm. Order in the evening or over the weekend and it rides out the next working morning. Every flavour is always in stock, so nothing waits on the kitchen.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Not yet. We deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya only, using our own riders so the meals stay frozen door to door. If you're outside that area, WhatsApp us at +60 12-513 3918 — tell us where you are and we'll let you know when we reach you.
Can I collect from your kitchen instead?
Not at the moment — every order is delivered to your door. Since Klang Valley delivery is free until 30 Sep, there's nothing to save by collecting. If you have a special reason to collect, WhatsApp us at +60 12-513 3918 and we'll sort it out with you.
Is the chicken already cooked?
Yes — every breast is fully roasted and cooked in our kitchen, then frozen to lock in freshness. You're only reheating, never cooking. 3 minutes in the microwave and it's done.
How long does it keep in the freezer?
Up to 1 year frozen at -18°C (a normal home freezer), from the production date — see the expiry date printed on each box. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours — don't refreeze.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go and Boost, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely at checkout.
How do I reheat?
Pierce the film. From frozen: microwave on high for 3 minutes. Or thaw in the fridge overnight and microwave for 90 seconds.
Is HiPro halal?
Yes. Every flavour is certified halal by JAKIM (Cert JAKIM.700-2/3/1 119-04/2021), produced in our certified kitchen, Simply Green Salad Sdn. Bhd. — the same kitchen as the rest of the Foodplus family. You can verify the certificate on the Halal Malaysia directory.
